APS verifies the authenticity of academic documents of Indian students before applying to German universities.
APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) is the Academic Evaluation Centre responsible for verifying the authenticity of academic documents submitted by Indian students applying to German universities.
The APS India office operates in cooperation with the German Embassy in New Delhi and ensures that university applications contain verified academic records.
Mandatory Requirement: Since 2022, APS certification is required for most Indian students applying to German universities. Without the APS certificate, applications through Uni-Assist or universities may not be processed.
The current APS processing fee is ₹18,000. Payment can be made online or via demand draft depending on the application method. The APS certificate remains valid for future university applications.
Students applying for Germany often require assistance with document preparation, application submission, and university selection. Guidance for APS and German university applications is available at Berlin German Academy in Surat.
